The luxurious living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a fireplace, satellite TV and air conditioning.

The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 8.

Bedrooms:
Villa Barış accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 4: A single bedroom with one single bed.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely outdoor swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a table tennis table and a dining table.
• Balcony: The balcony features a barbecue, a dining table and chairs, and a garden seating group.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for large families or groups seeking a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
