Its location, just 10 minutes from the town centre, provides a tranquil escape with easy access to all amenities.

Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, a water dispenser and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Almina accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, and a private ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy stunning Kalkan and sea views.

• Bedroom 1: A single bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. This room offers direct access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is particularly well-suited for large families or groups, with the added benefit of jacuzzis in two bedrooms and stunning sea views from every room.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches, just a 10-minute drive away.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
