Living Area:
The spacious 100m² living area features ample comfortable seating, a 55" Smart TV with multilingual channels, a 5.1 music system/DVD player, an electric piano, and a fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with light and offer stunning sea views. Direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped, modern kitchen with quartz stone worktops. It includes an electric oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. The dining table seats 8 guests. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms:
Villa La Mer Azur accommodates guests in 4 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, each featuring a 32" LED TV, air conditioning, and stunning views. All four bedrooms feature a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Two single beds (100x200cm) and direct access to the pool terrace. The ensuite bathroom features a jacuzzi and a rain shower. (Room + bathroom: 36m²)
• Bedroom 2: A king-size double bed (180x200cm) and a balcony. The ensuite bathroom features a jacuzzi and a rain shower. (Room + bathroom + balcony: 36m²)
• Bedroom 3: A super-king-size double bed (200x200cm) which can be split into two singles (100x200cm) upon request. This room's unique feature is a private jacuzzi positioned by the window, offering spectacular views. The ensuite bathroom features a rain shower. (Room + bathroom: 32m²)
• Bedroom 4: A king-size double bed (180x200cm) and two balconies. The ensuite bathroom features a jacuzzi and a rain shower. (Room + bathroom + balcony: 36m²)

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. All feature high-quality fixtures and rain showers, with three also including a jacuzzi bathtub (in addition to the unique window-side jacuzzi in Bedroom 3).

Outdoor Pool & Terrace Area (80m²):

• Monumental Pool: A magnificent, large private swimming pool (Length: 14 m, Width: 4.75 m, Depth: 1.5 m) with stunning views.

Located at the rear of the villa, the garden features a dedicated children's playground with two swings and a slide.

Garage Level / Games Room:

• Parking: Private covered parking for 2 vehicles.
• Games Room: A fantastic entertainment space featuring an American pool table (billiards) , a table tennis table, and foosball.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. It is conveniently located just a 6-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and 15 minutes from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
