Designed for up to 8 guests, this villa features 4 comfortable bedrooms, one with a private jacuzzi, and a large, completely sheltered private swimming pool. It is the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends seeking privacy, tranquility and a deep connection with nature in a truly stunning setting.

Living Area:
The living area offers wonderful sea and nature views. It is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the sheltered pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Pınar Deluxe accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and a private bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have access to a balcony.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a balcony.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds and a balcony.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely, large and completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for total privacy (Length: 6 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
