Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a relaxing seating group, a dining table and chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers a bright and inviting space.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Silam accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two bedrooms have balconies.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a balcony, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A family room with one double bed and one single bed, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a balcony and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and air conditioning. This room shares the use of the remaining bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have private ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 shares a separate family bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and lovely, completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for total privacy (Length: 11 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for large families or groups seeking privacy, with the added benefit of a jacuzzi in the master bedroom.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Silam is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined, winding roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
