Details

Living Area:
The spacious and modern living, kitchen and dining area covers 90m². It features ample comfortable seating, a 50" Smart TV with multilingual channels, a DVD player, and an electric fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and airy atmosphere.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped, modern kitchen with quartz stone worktops. It includes an electric oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. The dining table seats 8 guests. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms:
Villa La Mer accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a 32" LED TV. Three of the bedrooms have private jacuzzis in their ensuite bathrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Two single beds and direct access to the pool terrace. The ensuite bathroom features a jacuzzi and a rain shower. (Room + bathroom: 32m²)
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with two balconies. The ensuite bathroom features a jacuzzi and a rain shower. (Room + bathroom + balcony: 32m²)
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom (the bed can be split into two singles upon request). The ensuite bathroom features a jacuzzi with a view and a rain shower.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 have private ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi and rain shower. Bedroom 4 has a separate bathroom.

Outdoor Pool & Terrace Area (70m²):

• Monumental Pool: A magnificent, large private swimming pool (Length: 12 m, Width: 5.25 m, Depth: 1.5 m) with stunning Kalkan views.
• Integrated Pool Features: The pool includes three distinct integrated sections:
  • Shallow Lounge Area / Children's Pool
  • Integrated Jacuzzi: (Length: 1.5 m, Width: 2 m)
• Pergola & Lounge: A beautifully lit, shaded pergola area houses a large dining table with panoramic views and a corner seating group.
• Sunbathing Area: Plenty of sun loungers and parasols are provided.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is located in a natural setting. While the property is regularly treated, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as insects, flies or butterflies) as is common in this beautiful region.
• Please also note that this villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. It is conveniently located just a 6-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and 15 minutes from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
