Living Area:
The spacious sea-view living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, an LCD TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Rosso accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, a balcony and a private bathroom with a washbasin.

• Bedroom 1: A master suite with a double bed, a single bed and a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool featuring an integrated jacuzzi area (Length: 10 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m). The entire pool and garden area are completely sheltered for total privacy.
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is particularly well-suited for large families or groups seeking privacy, with the added benefit of jacuzzis in two bedrooms and an integrated jacuzzi in the main pool.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
