Villa Mainz is a villa with stone and wood architecture, located in the Kordere area of Kalkan. With 4 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 8 guests. Our villa offers an isolated holiday opportunity to our valued guests with its private pool. Located close to Kalkan town centre, one of its bedrooms features a jacuzzi. Dominated by nature and sea views, Villa Mainz is modernly and comfortably designed; everything you need is available, leaving you only to enjoy your holiday.

Living Area:
The living room features a seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a dining table, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The spacious, bright, and modernly designed American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-ring built-in hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, a dining set, and other kitchen equipment.

Bedrooms:
Villa Mainz accommodates guests in 4 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, nightstands, air conditioning, a dressing table, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with nightstands, air conditioning, a dressing table and a wardrobe. (This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3).
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds, nightstands, air conditioning, a dressing table and a wardrobe. (This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2).
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with nightstands, air conditioning, a dressing table, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have private en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate, common bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 6 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.65 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The private garden features a sunbathing area furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a seating group, a dining table, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Mainz is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
