Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, a satellite receiver, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, a coffee table and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, 4-ring hob, toaster, a dining set, a dining table and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Birgül accommodates guests in 4 bedrooms. Please note that all bedrooms share the bathrooms.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table and a wardrobe. (Shares bathrooms).
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table and a wardrobe. (Shares bathrooms).
• Bedroom 3: A single bedroom with a single bed, air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table and a wardrobe. (Shares bathrooms).
• Bedroom 4: A single bedroom with a single bed, air conditioning, nightstands, a dressing table and a wardrobe. (Shares bathrooms).

Bathrooms:
The villa has three bathrooms, which are shared between all bedrooms and guests.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.45 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, and a dining table.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Birgul is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
