Living Area:
The modern and stylish living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV, and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace, creating a seamless flow for indoor-outdoor living.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Vanilla accommodates guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms spread over three floors, each featuring air conditioning, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and most with a balcony.

• Ground Floor:
  • Bedroom 1: A double bedroom sharing a family bathroom.
  • Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, sharing a family bathroom.
• Middle Floor:
  • Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
  • Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a balcony and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Top Floor:
  • Bedroom 5: A double bedroom with a balcony and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms. The three bedrooms on the middle and top floors have private ensuite bathrooms, while the two ground-floor bedrooms share a separate family bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m). Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily in the morning.
• Garden & Terraces: The garden features a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a seating area, a children's swing, and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is suitable for children and babies, but is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
