Living Area:
A comfortable and stylish living room furnished with a seating group, a satellite TV, a fireplace and air conditioning. It offers free Wi-Fi, a guest WC and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
A large, modern kitchen designed to cater for groups, featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-ring hob, kettle, toaster, a 12-person dining set, a 10-person dining table and all necessary kitchenware, cutlery and glassware. It also has access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms:
The villa accommodates 11 guests in 6 comfortable bedrooms across different floors, all featuring air conditioning and a sea view.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): A double (family) bedroom with a shared bathroom and balcony.
• Bedroom 2 (First Floor): A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony.
• Bedroom 3 (First Floor): A double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi and balcony.
• Bedroom 4 (First Floor): A double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony.
• Bedroom 5 (Top Floor): A twin bedroom (with two single beds) with a shared bathroom, balcony, and balcony furniture.
