The comfortable living area is furnished with a luxurious seating group, a dining table for 8, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes a guest WC and offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 12.

Bedrooms:
Villa Mevsim Duo accommodates guests in 6 bedrooms. Bathroom configuration is shared.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds. Shares a bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom. Shares a bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: A twin room with two single beds. Shares a bathroom.
• Bedroom 6: A twin room with two single beds and a TV. Shares a bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have private ensuite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 share the remaining two family bathrooms.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely outdoor swimming pool with stunning sea views (Length: 7 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terrace: The garden and pool terrace feature a modern seating group, sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing, a barbecue and a sunbathing area.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Wireless internet is available, but speed may be sufficient for emails and social media, not for streaming or large downloads, due to regional infrastructure.
• This villa is ideally suited for very large families or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient base.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
