Living Area:
The living area is furnished with a dining table, a comfortable seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, a bar counter and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Efsane accommodates guests in 5 bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and air conditioning. Three bedrooms have access to a balcony or terrace with sea views.

• Bedroom 1: A twin room (2 single beds) with access to the garden terrace.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a sea-view balcony.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a sea-view balcony.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with access to the garden terrace.
• Bedroom 5: A triple room with three single beds and access to a sea-view terrace.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern family bathrooms, which are shared between the bedrooms.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool with a varying depth (Length: 7 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m - 2.07 m).
• Rooftop Terrace Jacuzzi: A wonderful private jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, offering a spectacular spot to relax and enjoy panoramic sea views and famous Kalkan sunsets.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• This villa is ideally suited for large groups who are comfortable sharing bathrooms.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.
• By booking this villa, you accept the Rental Terms and Conditions on villaciniz.co.uk.
• Between 27th June and 6th September, reservations are accepted for weekly stays with Saturday check-in and check-out only.

Villa Efsane is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views. It offers a peaceful setting while being conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its amenities.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
