Living Area:
The spacious and bright living area opens onto the pool terrace. It is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a dining table for 10, an LCD TV, satellite TV, a DVD player and air conditioning. It includes a guest WC.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, a water dispenser, a tea maker and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 10.

Bedrooms:
Villa Unlimited 2 accommodates guests in 6 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, a safety deposit box, a balcony with a table and chairs.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a balcony with a table and chairs.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a balcony.
• Bedroom 5: A double bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has six modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

Indoor Pool:

• A fantastic private indoor swimming pool (Length: 4.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Infinity Pool: A magnificent, monumental 17-metre outdoor infinity pool (Length: 17 m, Width: 5.5 m, Depth: 1.65 m), perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets.
• Children's Pool: A separate children's pool.
• Pool Terrace & Garden: The expansive garden and terrace are beautifully furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table for 10, a barbecue, a hammock and a jacuzzi. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Pool Heating:

• The outdoor pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge of £350.
• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge of £150.
• Please request these services at the time of booking if required.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
