Living Area:
The villa features a spacious and bright living area furnished with comfortable seating, satellite TV and air conditioning. It is designed as a welcoming social space for the whole group and includes a dining area.

Kitchen:
The villa has a modern and fully-equipped kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Mehtap accommodates guests in 6 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
4. Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
5. Bedroom 5: A double bedroom.
6. Bedroom 6: A twin room with three single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 5 modern bathrooms. Four of the six bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share access to the fifth bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A beautiful and spacious private swimming pool set within the villa's grounds (Length: 10 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces and balconies provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Location:
This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
