The very stylishly decorated living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a satellite receiver, and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, built-in oven, built-in 4-ring hob, refrigerator, kettle, pots and pans set, a dining set for 11 people, cutlery set, and glasses. The kitchen also has direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms:
Villa Platos accommodates guests in 5 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, and nightstands. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, nightstands, a dressing table, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

This centrally located villa in Kalkan centre provides the ultimate convenience for exploring everything the town has to offer on foot.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
