The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Mudur accommodates guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, made private by a curtain screening system (Length: 8 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, a children's swing and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security:
The villa is equipped with a security camera monitoring the villa entrance and surrounding area, as well as a remote-controlled alarm system for your safety and peace of mind.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• Please note: This villa features a curtain screening system around the pool area to ensure privacy. It is also equipped with a security camera and a remote-controlled alarm system.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
