Villa Hillside 2 is a comfortable holiday villa located overlooking Kalamar Bay in Kalkan, offering sea views, a private jacuzzi and large accommodation capacity. Very close to Kalkan town centre, many beaches, and restaurants, Villa Hillside 2 has a capacity for 10 guests, 5 bedrooms, and a large pool and terrace. It is an ideal villa for both large groups of friends and large families. Everything you need is available in our villa, leaving you only to create unforgettable moments with your loved ones and enjoy your holiday.

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a modern seating group, a TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning, a dining table, a sink and a guest toilet.

Kitchen:
Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in 4-ring hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, water dispenser, an 8-piece dining set and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Hillside 2 accommodates guests in 5 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, a dressing table, air conditioning, a wardrobe, nightstands and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a dressing table, air conditioning, a wardrobe and nightstands. (This bedroom shares bathrooms with Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5).
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds, a dressing table, air conditioning, a wardrobe and nightstands. (Shares bathrooms).
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with two single beds, a dressing table, air conditioning, a wardrobe and nightstands. (Shares bathrooms).
• Bedroom 5: A twin bedroom with two single beds, a dressing table, air conditioning, a wardrobe and nightstands. (Shares bathrooms).

Bathrooms:
The villa has four bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bathrooms are shared between Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Dimensions: 4 m x 8 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Pool Terrace & Garden: The garden features the private pool, a sunbathing terrace with a parasol and sun loungers, a garden dining table and chairs, an outdoor seating group, a foosball table, and a table tennis table.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Hillside 2 is located in the sought-after Kalamar area of Kalkan, known for its beautiful coastline and stunning sea views. It is very close to Kalkan town centre, many beaches, and restaurants.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
