The modern and stylish living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV, and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Casa Che accommodates guests in 5 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Indoor Jacuzzi Pool: A unique and luxurious feature – a separate indoor heated pool with jacuzzi jets, ideal for year-round relaxation.
• Garden & Terraces: The spacious pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is located in a natural setting. While the property is regularly treated, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as insects, flies, or butterflies) as is common in this beautiful region.
• Please also note that this villa is suitable for children and babies, but is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
