Living Area:
Located on the ground floor with stunning sea views, the comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a dining table, satellite TV (LCD), a fireplace and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace and includes a guest WC.

Kitchen:
Located on the ground floor, the villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 12.

Bedrooms:
Villa Ayala accommodates guests in 5 luxurious bedrooms, all offering stunning sea views and each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning, a private bathroom and access to a balcony or terrace. Four of the five bedrooms have private jacuzzis.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and a balcony.
• Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and a balcony.
• Bedroom 3 (First Floor): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC in the living area.

Indoor Wellness & Comfort:

• Hammam & Sauna: A private Turkish hammam and sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience.
• Underfloor Heating: The villa benefits from underfloor heating for added comfort during cooler months.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A magnificent, large outdoor swimming pool which can be heated (Length: 11 m, Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is beautifully furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, a pergola, a children's swing, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Pool Heating:

• The outdoor pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge of £600.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• This villa is ideally suited for very large families or groups seeking the ultimate luxury and wellness experience.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
