Living Area:
The living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen with a dining set for 6. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Joy accommodates guests in 3 comfortable and stylish bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, and a private bathroom with a washbasin.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor & Outdoor Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful outdoor swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the sun (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m). The pool and sunbathing areas are partially sheltered for privacy.
• Indoor Pool: A private indoor swimming pool, perfect for year-round use (Length: 5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.2 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge of £200.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Joy is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
