Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Nuka 2 accommodates guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a private bathroom, and most with a balcony. Bedroom 2 also has a single armchair and a TV.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a TV, a single armchair and a balcony.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a balcony.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom with a balcony.
• Bedroom 5: A twin room with two single beds and a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Pool:

• A fantastic private indoor swimming pool (Length: 4 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 0.9 m).
• The indoor pool features a heating system, available for an additional daily charge of £30.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A magnificent, monumental 14-meter outdoor swimming pool (Length: 14 m, Width: 4.8 m, Depth: 1.55 m). Please note this pool does not have a heating system.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is a true entertainment hub, featuring:
  • A projection system for movies (see important notes for seasonal use).
  • Sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note the following important information about this property:
  • Access involves a steep incline for the last approximately 200 meters, followed by 20-25 steps to the entrance.
  • The outdoor pool does not have a heating system.
  • The indoor pool can be heated for an extra daily charge.
  • The projection system on the pool terrace is not active in winter and functions as a TV broadcast system in summer.
• This villa is ideally suited for very large families or groups seeking the ultimate luxury and entertainment experience.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads, steps, and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
