The luxurious living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 10.

Bedrooms:
Villa Grand Emora 1 accommodates guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 have private ensuite bathrooms, while bedroom 5 shares a family bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a TV, a single armchair, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds, a TV, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

The villa has four modern bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 have private ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 5 shares a separate family bathroom.

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 4.5 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 1.1 m).
• Sauna & Hammam: A private sauna and Turkish hammam for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A magnificent, monumental 15-meter outdoor swimming pool (Length: 15 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m). The pool terrace is sheltered for privacy.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Pool & Villa Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Underfloor heating is also available for the villa for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Please request these services at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for large families or groups seeking an ultra-luxury wellness retreat.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
