Villa Sandie Kalkan

Villa Sandie Kalkan is an upscale 4-bedroom villa that hosts eight guests on beautiful grounds. Located in the central Ortaalan area of Kalkan, Villa Sandie is a easy walk to Kalkan Center. The villa's interior is outstanding, with deluxe furnishings, neutral colour tones, and unique curved architecture that makes every space exciting to discover. All bedrooms are generously sized with high-end en suite bathrooms and access to curved balconies overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has sliding doors that open to the expansive roof terrace, which has an infinity pool with views of Kalkan and is furnished with lounge chairs, sun loungers, wooden planters, a pagoda that shades two comfortable rocking seats and a bar.
A sizable outdoor area with numerous lounging spots is a highlight of Villa Sandie. A rarity in Kalkan, the outer grounds are a visually appealing combination of paving, decking, and lawn with sculpted areas of garden and rockery. There is a tiled area with a barbecue, a private dining area, and a bar-style seating area with views of the bay at one end. The shallow, child-friendly section of the infinity pool is accessible from here. A swing chair and cushioned lounge set are shaded, and decking surrounds the building's front curve. There are several comfortable woven loungers with retractable umbrellas and access to the central area of the infinity pool outside in the sun. A charming outbuilding at the edge of the terrace housing a gym, a sauna, and a gorgeously tiled Turkish Bath plus shower facilities. A pair of easy rattan chairs outside are perfect for unwinding after a strenuous workout. On the decking, there are steps leading to a lawn with little palm and olive trees. Around the garden are planted areas with rockeries and potted plants that give the room a fresh atmosphere. 

Living Room

The open-plan living room is located on the ground floor, occupying a substantial curved space,  and is finished to a high standard. The lounge room is furnished in soft greys and neutral tones and features a purpose-built plush curving sofa with a contemporary art deco-style coffee table and lighting. A plasma flat-screen TV and two Chesterfield sofas are included in the room, with a feature fireplace. The elegant design is completed by two curved side tables, a huge coffee table, potted plants, abstract paintings, and a plush rug with a modern design on the laminate wood floor. Glass doors provide access to the pool patio.

Kitchen

Two steps from the living room take you to an ample open space with a dining area to seat eight people, a modern fitted kitchen, a solid wood table and soft blue seats. White cabinets with a black marble surround and built-in appliances decorate the kitchen area, and a floor complements the design with mosaic tiles in a Mediterranean pattern. In addition, the following amenities are provided for our guests: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, gas hob and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Terrace, Garden, and Pool

The spacious terrace is made up of areas of decking, a tiled terrace and green lawns. The wooden decking fringes a sizeable curved swimming pool that also incorporates a children's shallow pool. This area is furnished with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor seating group. At the edge of the wooden decking are a private health space with an indoor gym, sauna and Turkish bath. On the other side of the terrace, there is an alfresco dining area to seat eight and a BBQ on a large paved patio. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

3. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, bathroom, and WC. Located on the first floor.

4. Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, Jacuzzi balcony, bathroom, and WC. Located on the second floor.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £400, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
