The modern living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a coffee table, TV and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa June accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a TV and a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 4: A double bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, made partially sheltered by a curtain screening system to provide privacy while still enjoying the stunning sea views (Length: 10 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished for relaxation and dining.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa offers a partially sheltered pool area, designed with a curtain screening system to balance privacy and sea views.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
