The villa features a bright and open-plan living area that is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating, a satellite TV and air conditioning. It is designed to maximise the breathtaking sea views and create a serene atmosphere.

The property includes a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette. It is outfitted with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils for two.

Villa Water Edge 7 offers a luxurious and private bedroom for 2 guests.

1. Bedroom 1: A spacious double bedroom with air conditioning, ample storage and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, privately ensuite to the bedroom.

• Private Pier & Boat: The villa boasts its own private pier extending into the sea, complete with a private boat (motor not included), offering direct access to the water for swimming and boating.
• Jacuzzi & Mini Pool: A private outdoor jacuzzi with an adjacent mini cooling pool provides the perfect spot for relaxation with sea views.

Outdoor Area:

• Terraces: Multiple furnished terraces on different levels provide intimate outdoor living spaces for sunbathing, relaxation and dining with panoramic sea views.
• Outdoor Dining: A dedicated outdoor dining area is perfect for romantic alfresco meals by the water.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
