Living Area:
The living room includes a dining table and chairs, sofas, a satellite receiver, a TV, a seating group, and a wireless modem for internet access. Direct access to the poolside is available from the living room.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, built-in 4-ring hob, a dining set, cutlery set, pots and pans set, and glasses.

Bedroom:
The villa has 1 comfortable ensuite bedroom featuring stunning sea views.

• Bedroom (Master): A double bedroom with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 7 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.45 m).
• Pool Terrace & Garden: The sunbathing area features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, a seating area, a swing, a garden dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: Access to the villa involves a staircase of 59 steps. This villa is sheltered and secluded, ideal for couples seeking privacy.
• A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Dome 1 is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre (2.5 km) and its beaches (2.5 km).

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
