Living Area:
A bright and comfortable sea-view living room furnished with a seating area, satellite TV, air conditioning, a dining table and access to the pool terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped American-style open-plan kitchen featuring a refrigerator, oven, 4-ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and tableware for 2 people.

Bedrooms:
The villa is designed for 2 guests in one luxurious suite.

A master bedroom located on the first floor, featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table and a private ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is an ensuite to the master bedroom and includes the Jacuzzi.

Wellness & Indoor Facilities:

• Private Sauna & Hamam: The villa includes a private sauna and a traditional Turkish bath (hamam) for ultimate relaxation.
• Indoor Pool: A private indoor swimming pool is available. Please note: Pool heating can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per day upon request.
• Games Room: A fun space equipped with a foosball table.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Swimming Pool: A large (10m x 3m, depth: 1.5m) private outdoor pool with stunning sea views.
• Terraces: A spacious pool terrace furnished with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, offering magnificent views of Kalkan Bay and the islands.
• Sunset Views: The terrace is perfectly positioned for enjoying uninterrupted sunset views.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• Pets are not allowed at this villa.
• Parties or group events are not permitted.
• Suitable for children (ages 2-12) and infants (0-2).
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• Unregistered extra guests are not permitted.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Villa Oykunun Evi 2 enjoys an excellent central location in Kalkan, within walking distance to the sea (Kalkan Public Beach is nearby) and local amenities such as pharmacies, markets and bus stops.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep slopes. Therefore, access may involve inclined roads. Additionally, as our villas are located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as insects).
