A spacious and bright open-plan living area furnished with comfortable seating, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Large windows and direct terrace access flood the space with light and frame the stunning sea views. A modern dining area is conveniently located within this open space.

A fully-equipped, modern kitchen featuring high-quality appliances including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a complete set of kitchenware.

Bedrooms:
The villa is designed for 2 guests in one comfortable bedroom.
Master Bedroom: A luxurious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and privileged sea views.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is an ensuite to the master bedroom.

Outdoor & Unique Features:

• Private Jetty: The villa's standout feature is its own jetty extending into the sea, offering direct access for swimming, sunbathing and fishing.
• Relaxation Pool: A small, chic pool on the terrace, designed specifically for cooling off and relaxation (not for swimming).
• Terraces & Gardens: Multiple furnished terraces across different levels provide ample outdoor living space, perfect for sunbathing, dining and soaking in the panoramic sea and mountain views.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated area with an outdoor dining table and barbecue facilities for enjoyable alfresco meals.

Private Relaxation Pool:

Dimensions and depth are designed for cooling off only, not for swimming.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card before arrival and released within 7 days after departure, subject to no damage or loss.
