The villa features multiple spacious and comfortable living areas designed for large groups. They are furnished with seating groups, satellite TV and air conditioning to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests.

The villa boasts a large, fully-equipped kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and utensils to cater to all guests.

Bedrooms:
Villa Ofelya accommodates guests in 7 comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning and storage.

1. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
2. Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
3. Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool with lovely views (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Terraces: Furnished terraces and balconies provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the panoramic scenery.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Ofelya is situated in the popular Kiziltas area of Kalkan, renowned for its elevated positions that guarantee magnificent, uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
