Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a TV, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Titanic accommodates guests in 5 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Most bedrooms also have a TV and a single armchair.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, a TV, a single armchair.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a TV and a single armchair.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds, a TV and a single armchair.
• Bedroom 5: A twin room with two single beds, a TV and a single armchair.

The villa has five modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful outdoor swimming pool (Length: 9.5 m, Width: 4.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Separate Jacuzzi / Hydro-massage Pool: A unique feature – a separate, smaller pool with hydro-massage system, functioning as a jacuzzi (Length: 4.4 m, Width: 2.9 m).
• Pool Terrace: The expansive terrace is a true entertainment hub, featuring:
  • A pool table (billiards) .
  • A table tennis table.
  • Sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: The villa is equipped with a generator in case of power interruptions.
• This villa is ideally suited for very large families or groups seeking luxury and extensive entertainment options.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
