Living Area:
The spacious sea-view living area is elegantly furnished with a stylish seating group, a dining table and chairs, a plasma TV, a DVD player, a fireplace and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Kral accommodates guests in 6 comfortable and stylish ensuite bedrooms, each featuring a double bed (except one twin room), a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning, an armchair, a vanity table and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Rooftop Jacuzzi: A wonderful private jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, offering a spectacular spot to relax and enjoy the panoramic Kalkan views.
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for large families or groups of friends seeking a luxurious and spacious retreat.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
