The stylish living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Aria Luxury accommodates guests in 6 uniquely and luxuriously decorated ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a balcony, and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a private jacuzzi. (1 double bed)
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom. (1 double bed)
• Bedroom 3: A twin room. (2 single beds)

The villa has six modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

• Main Private Pool: A magnificent, large private swimming pool featuring an integrated jacuzzi area (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Indoor Pool & Wellness:

• Indoor Pool: A private indoor swimming pool (Length: 4.5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1 m). Please note that this pool does not have a heating system.
• Turkish Hammam: A private Turkish hammam for an authentic and luxurious bathing experience.
• Fitness Room: A private gym for your workout needs.
• Sauna: Please note that the sauna is currently not operational.

Outdoor Entertainment:

• The garden area features table tennis and foosball for outdoor fun.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
