A luxurious and spacious open-plan living area featuring comfortable seating, a satellite TV, a cosy fireplace and air conditioning. Large windows and doors open onto the terrace to maximise the incredible views.

A state-of-the-art, fully-equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances including a refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of premium kitchenware for 6 people.

Wellness & Special Features:

• Private Sauna: Enjoy your own Finnish-style sauna for ultimate relaxation.
• Master Suite Jacuzzi: The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

Bedrooms:
The villa has 3 luxurious bedrooms accommodating 6 guests.

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3: Can be configured as a double or twin room (2 single beds), with air conditioning and wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom and equipped with a shower, WC, and basin. The master suite additionally features a Jacuzzi.

Garden & Terrace:
The villa features an expansive private terrace with a 12-meter swimming pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, multiple outdoor seating and dining areas and a barbecue.
Private Swimming Pool: Dimensions: 12m (length) x 3m (width). Depth: 1.5m.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. It will be returned on your departure day subject to no damage or loss.

You can easily explore the heart of Kalkan on foot, immersing yourself in its vibrant atmosphere, yet return to the privacy and tranquility of your own luxury villa within minutes. Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
