Property Concept:
Villa Şelale 3 is ideal for multiple families or a large group wishing to stay together but with the flexibility of separate living spaces. The ground floor features two independent apartments (each with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom), while the first floor and terrace house the main apartment with 3 bedrooms (one suite), a living room, kitchen and bathroom. All apartments share the magnificent pool terrace and enjoy stunning sea views.

Living Areas:
There are three separate living areas in total, one in each apartment. Each living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a dining table and chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning. They include ironing facilities and guest WCs.

Kitchens:
Each of the three independent apartments features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. Kitchens include essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Şelale 3 accommodates guests in 7 bedrooms across its three apartments, with a total of 4 bathrooms.

• Ground Floor Apartments (2 apartments):
  • Apartment 1: Bedroom 1 (double), Bedroom 2 (twin). Shares a bathroom.
  • Apartment 2: Bedroom 3 (double), Bedroom 4 (double). Shares a bathroom.
• First Floor & Terrace Apartment:
  • Bedroom 5 (Master): A double suite with private bathroom.
  • Bedroom 6: A twin room. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 7.
  • Bedroom 7: A single bedroom. Shares a bathroom with Bedroom 6.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms in total. One bathroom is private ensuite to the master bedroom (Bedroom 5). The other three bathrooms are shared between the remaining bedrooms as detailed above.

• Private Pool: A magnificent, monumental 18-metre outdoor swimming pool (Length: 18 m, Width: 4.6 m, Depth: 1.8 m), offering spectacular panoramic views over Kalkan.
• Pool Terrace: The expansive shared terrace is furnished for relaxation and dining, with stunning views.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
