The modern kitchen, on the pool floor with sea views, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave, built-in 4-ring hob, kettle, toaster, a 14-piece dining set, pots, pans, cutlery, a water dispenser and more.

Bedrooms:
Villa Montana accommodates guests in 7 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. One bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Main Pool: A large private swimming pool (Dimensions: 15 m x 4.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Jacuzzi Pool: A separate jacuzzi pool adjacent to the main pool. (Please confirm this feature).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features the pools, sun loungers, parasols, a 14-seater garden dining table and chairs, a garden swing and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Montana is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches (5-7 minute drive).

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
