The villa features multiple spacious living areas designed for large groups. These are comfortably furnished and equipped with amenities like satellite TV and air conditioning to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone.

Kitchen:
The property includes a large, fully-equipped kitchen. It is outfitted with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a full set of cookware and dining sets to cater to all guests.

Bedrooms:
Villa Zirve accommodates guests in 9 bedrooms, providing ample space and privacy for large groups. Each room is equipped with essential furnishings.

Bathrooms:
The villa has 8 modern bathrooms. The 9 bedrooms share these 8 well-appointed bathrooms.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A beautiful private swimming pool set within a spacious terrace, designed to complement the panoramic sea views (Length: 9.50 m, Width: 4.50 m, Depth: 1.5 m - 1.7 m).
• Terraces: Multiple furnished terraces and balconies provide ample outdoor living space for sunbathing, relaxation and dining while enjoying the unparalleled scenery.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with a view.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• A security deposit is required upon arrival. Please note that the final 50-meter approach to the villa is a steep incline. Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Zirve is situated in the Akbel neighbourhood, perched on the hillside with a mesmerising panoramic view over the bay of Kalkan. This peaceful and picturesque area is just a 5-10 minute drive from the town centre, offering visitors a quiet, serene holiday surrounded by picture-perfect scenery.
Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
